This platter features green mussels, fresh scallops, white sea prawns, sliced snakehead, baby octopus, and kelp.
The seafood is undeniably fresh, with my favourites being the prawns and scallops for their natural sweetness. Best to go with the Beauty Collagen Broth.

Paradise Dynasty is known for its diverse offering of Chinese dishes, particularly its famous Xiao Long Bao, available in eight distinct flavours.
The restaurant’s menu extends beyond these innovative dumplings to include a diverse range of dim sum, noodle dishes, and flavourful meat options.
My new favourite there is the Spicy Szechuan Crispy Chicken. The La Zi Ji is well-seasoned with golden crispiness, intertwined with numbing heat that kicks but never overwhelms. Very addictive.

Canton Paradise is a go-to for those seeking authentic Cantonese flavours, offering a comforting selection of all-day dim sum, congee, roast specialties, and wok-fried dishes.
Their signature dishes like Handmade Meatball Congee and Shrimp Roe Noodle (Dry) are must-tries, while the range of roast options, including the Crispy Roasted Irish Fat Duck, adds to the experience.
But if there is one dish that truly stands out for me, it is the Steamed Kampong Chicken in Canton Style.

Paradise Classic offers a nostalgic yet modern take on local Chinese classics.
The restaurant’s menu focuses on well-loved favourites, like their Braised Big Prawn Hor Fun with Prawn Broth luxuriously wok-fried in a homemade prawn broth – which is the result of a meticulous six-hour cooking process.
One of Singapore’s best versions, the Crispy Sweet and Sour Pork features bite-sized pork pieces that are fried to a crisp exterior while remaining juicy inside.

Paradise Hotpot available at Compass One and Westgate offers a trendy Hong Kong-style hotpot experience, especially for those who prefer individual pots.
The variety of soup bases, from Authentic Pork Bone Soup Base to spicy Tom Yum options, is a highlight.
Its Teochew-style soup base, which is both nourishing and flavourful, is good for those who prefer a lighter, healthier option.
For those who enjoy a bit more spice, the Spicy Szechuan is another great choice, offering a deep, robust flavour with a fiery kick.

At Le Shrimp Ramen, LeNu and Canton Congee in Singapore, the side dishes are often the unsung heroes of the meal, complementing their signature noodles and congee.
At Le Shrimp Ramen, the Crispy Chicken Cutlet is addictive; while the Prawn Dumplings in Chilli Vinaigrette add a spicy, tangy kick to the meal.
LeNu’s Braised Beef Tendon offers a rich, tender bite that pairs excellently with their broths, while the Crispy Beancurd Skin stuffed with Fish Paste is a favourite for its satisfying crunch and smooth fillings.
